A story from Peter Accardi:

Uncle Jack changed his last name from Cohen, which was very common, to Cohl.

My Aunt Hilda, his wife, got me into teaching. She was a secretary for the afterschool, aka. continuing education program for District 9, in charge of running afterschool and summer recreational sessions.  

She got me started teaching in the summer swimming program and the rest is history. 

Hilda lived to be 103.
