A story from Peter:
When we stayed at the mountain lodge at Brandt Lake, there was a balcony where all the men, with the exception of Herbert Elkins, but including me and Bill Haber, would sleep.
One night as we were getting ready for bed, Lou lit a light. He said: "I imagine you wonder why I am putting this light on. It is so I can watch myself fall asleep."
Also, when Lou had too much to drink, he would break out in song. Rebecca was his favorite tune.
