A story from Peter:

When I was young, I had a very bad case of the measles and was on my back for two weeks. 

Once I was walking again I resumed my chores, which included collecting Pauline's laundry and bringing it to our house to be washed in our washing machine.

Unfortunately I was still very weak.

Pauline's house had a small set of stairs and while I was climbing them, my knees buckled and I fell down the stairs.

I am pleased to report that no permanent damage was done!
